We take care of our clients, even after the project is complete. In keeping with our mission, our goal is to build relationships that last. A successful post construction experience is critical to this mission and we service our clients through warranty and beyond.

Formed in March of 2003 in beautiful Teton Valley, Idaho.
Headwaters Construction Company, founded in March 2003 in Teton Valley, Idaho, is a General Contractor, Construction Manager, and Design-Builder. Headwaters builds exceptional Multi-Family, Educational, Commercial, Medical, Government, Religious, Senior Living, and Hospitality projects throughout the Intermountain West, primarily in Idaho, Utah and Montana.
Headwaters is dedicated to building long-term relationships with our clients, subcontractors, design partners, and employees. These relationships are built on the foundation of Integrity, Transparency, Communication, and Teamwork and have led to repeat business throughout Headwaters’ history.
With Headwaters, the team worked proactively to ensure the project ran smoothly, utilizing creative problem-solving to address issues before they could occur. I would hear about problems simultaneously with proposed solutions on how they could be mitigated.
In working with Headwaters, I have quickly found their leadership team to bring years of construction experience, balanced with a willingness to listen and learn from us.
