The new ABRI Apartments, built for 2M Holdings, LLC, includes the new construction of a 49,649 SF student residence which support the growing need for BYU-Idaho approved student housing. The five-story building was constructed with a conventional wood framed structure; brick and EIFS exterior; and high-end, durable and rustic finishes throughout the interior of the building. The multi-building complex includes all surface parking and a common exterior recreation area for residents.
