The Tractor Supply retail store was built for Tractor Supply Company West, LLC. The 21,930 SF facility includes driveways, parking, outdoor display areas, curbing, lighting, and landscaping. Site improvements feature sidewalks, curb cuts, paved and striped parking, ingress and egress drive lanes, and loading docks. Additional elements include a fenced 20,000 SF outdoor display area with a 16-foot fence, a 3,671 SF permanent sidewalk display area, and a 3,000 SF trailer and equipment display area. The project also incorporated utilities, stormwater retention, pylon signage, and offsite improvements such as easements, access roads, and traffic management infrastructure.
