The Element Hotel, currently under construction for Ensign Development, includes the New Construction of a 94,652 SF hotel. The facility provides 118 guest rooms, as well as common spaces including a pool, spa, splash-pad, fitness center, laundry facilities, work center, dining area, and large meeting/conference rooms. The Element Hotel is being constructed with a wood framed structure; a natural stone, EIFS, glass, and metal panel; and high end finishes throughout the interior of the building. The project also features extended stay rooms complete with kitchens and larger living areas.
