The Teton Mesa, built for The Housing Company, consists of 4 new apartment buildings and a community building that total 85,101 SF. The buildings are three story conventional wood framed structures. Externally, Teton Mesa features EIFS and vinyl siding. Modern yet affordable finishes were utilized for the interior of each unit.
