The Spring Hill Suites, built for Ensign Development, is a high-end, modern mountain resort amenity building, boasting new construction of 85,473 SF. The project was constructed using a combination of steel and conventional wood framing. The exterior is made up of masonry and wood panel siding, and high end finishes were used throughout the interior of the home.
