The COVE Apartments includes the new construction of a 144,580 SF multi-family housing complex. The four-story hospitality facility was constructed with a conventional wood framed structure; thin-brick, EIFS, wood and glass exterior; and high-end fnishes throughout the interior. A notable feature includes the multi-level recreation deck complete with hot tubs, fire-pit, outdoor screen and state-of-the-art sound system. The structure under the deck was reinforced to support large groups of people.
