The NorthPoint Apartments project, built for TruNorth Development, includes the new construction of a mixed use 280,000 SF student residence and 42,428 SF commercial/retail space. The facility supports the growing need for BYU-Idaho approved student housing and adds retail space to enhance student life for NorthPoint Apartment residence. The premier, apartment complex was constructed using a conventional wood framed structure, clean brick and EFIS exterior, and very comfortable, inviting finishes throughout the interior of the building. The project also features a six-story, post-tensioned concrete parking structure which provides 450 covered parking spaces. Other building amenities include game rooms, TV lounges, quiet study areas, theater rooms and a large spacious cultural hall.
