University Village Clubhouse, built for Brigham Young University–Idaho, features 6,100 SF of new construction. Serving as an amenity space for University Village, the married housing complex, the clubhouse includes a playroom, a pool table, and a sitting area for residents. The project was designed to provide a functional and comfortable gathering space for students and their families.
