Liberty Square, built for Liberty Square ID LLC, consists of two apartment buildings and a large clubhouse building that total approximately 45,470 SF. The multi-family complex provides affordable housing options for those in the Ammon/Idaho Falls area. The buildings were constructed using traditional wood framing. Externally, red brick as well as wood siding finishes were utilized. Affordable, quality materials make up the interior of the 40 units that Liberty Square features.
