The Rosetta Assisted Living center, built for Ball Ventures, includes the new construction of a 20,300 SF senior care facility. The exterior of this building includes a wood framed structure and stone, siding, and wood exterior. Vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, and all new cabinetry are included in the interior.The facility was designed for comfort with the intent of providing a home-like atmosphere for residents.
