Lincoln Towers Renovation

The Lincoln Tower Renovation project, built for for the Wishcamper Development Partners, includes the complete renovation of a nine-story apartment complex. Updates to all 95 units include, new flooring, lighting, paint, kitchen cabinets, counter-tops, appliances and sink. The rooms also recieved updated bathrooms, railings, mechanical units, water heaters, door hardware and the accessible rooms will meet all requirements for ADA compliance.
