Springtree Apartments Renovation, completed for Wishcamper Development Partners in Portland, Oregon, involved the renovation of 60,840 square feet across eight buildings. The project included new roofing for all buildings as well as new interior furnishings such as replacement of all interior doors, and cabinet refinishing. This project was funded by Low Income Housing Tax Credit, providing affordable housing to the Portland area.
