The Sparrow Hill Apartments are being constructed for Texas Property Long Term. The multi-family project features 3 buildings that total 93,642 SF. Each building features 24 units varying between one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Externally, Sparrow Hill will be finished with both stucco and insulated vinyl siding. Internally, modern finishes will be utilized throughout the apartment units. The buildings were framed through the use of premanufactured wall panels that were then assembled into position on site.
