The Seasons Medical Plaza, built for Seasons Medical Group, includes the new construction of a 32,000 SF medical treatment building. The facility offers a full range of Family and Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Midwifery, Pediatrics, and Mental Health all under one roof. Interior finishes for the project include extensive flooring, casework, countertops, and trim to meet the needs and budgets of individual tenants. The project also features a high performance HVAC system along with E-power Generators for emergency power backup. Through Headwaters’ ability to provide multiple bid packages and guaranteed maximum prices (GMPs) the owner’s schedule needs were met which resulted in an on-time delivery of this project.
