The Sterling Urgent Care facility, constructed for Stronghold Opportunity Fund, LLC, is an addition to the community’s healthcare infrastructure. This project involved the new construction of a 4,483 SF wood-framed structure, designed to provide urgent medical services in a modern, efficient setting. The facility’s development required the coordination of trades, reflecting the complexity and precision necessary for healthcare construction. Although the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings were still in progress during initial construction, we adapted and managed with these evolving project requirements. The careful integration of these systems will ensure that the facility operates at peak efficiency, supporting the urgent care needs of the community.
