The Providence Square Apartments includes the construction of eighteen 16-plex multi-family housing units for a total of 229,032 SF and 284 units. The structure is wood framed, the exterior includes fiber-cement siding, and the interior utilizes economic finishes. The project also includes a common clubhouse with game-room and kitchen. While the project was under construction we turned over buildings as they finished so that Sweetwater Companies could begin to receive rent revenues as quickly as possible.
