Trail Creek West, built for Tier One Partners, includes the new construction of seven four-plexes and one three-plex for a total of 56,166 SF. This unique complex includes various sizes of units from two to four-beds. The two-story buildings were built using conventional framing on a slab-on-grade foundation. Exterior finishes include hardy board and other cementitious panels. Interior finishes include wood-grade trim and a modern floating staircase.
