The Lofts on Broadway Apartments, built for Brandon Lee, consists of twelve, 3-story, 67,547 SF apartment buildings and a 2,830 SF clubhouse. Overall, there are 144 units. The structures are being built with traditional wood framing. Externally, The buildings feature a mixture of brick and cementitious siding. Internally, the Lofts include modern design finishes. The Lofts on Broadway are being constructed with a large community spa area that has multiple hot tubs and fire pits for it’s residents.
