The Teton Oasis Apartments, built for ALLR Development LLC, consist of 4 buildings that total 68,400 SF. The various buildings were constructed using conventional wood framing. A combination of wood and metal siding was utilized to provide exterior finishes. Quality materials were used in the units’ interior design. Teton Oasis will provide an affordable, high quality housing option to the Idaho Falls area.
