The Fresco Kitchen & Grill project, built for the Lot 6 Group, includes the new construction of a 5,107 SF premium casual restaurant. The new, one-story Kitchen and Grill provide a first-class eating experience and helps to service the adjacent hotels and businesses. The building was constructed with a conventional wood framed structure, EIFS and stone exterior and upscale finishes throughout the interior. The facility was completed within a very accelerated schedule. This required extensive work during the winter months to progress the project amidst the snow and freezing temperatures in Rexburg, Idaho.
