About the Project
The Lofts on Broadway Apartments are being built for Brandon Lee. The project consists of twelve 3-story apartment buildings (approximately 9,167 SF each) and a clubhouse (2,830 SF). Overall, there are 144 units. The structures are being built with traditional wood framing. Externally, The buildings feature a mixture of brick and cementitious siding. Internally, the Lofts include modern design finishes. The Lofts on Broadway are being constructed with a large community spa area that has multiple hot tubs and fire pits for it’s residents.
