The Ivy Apartments

The Ivy Apartment project, built for BVH I, LLC, includes the New Construction of a three building, 270,000 SF student housing facility. The Ivy complex was constructed using conventional 4-story wood framed structures; a combination brick, EIFS, and pre-cast concrete exterior; and hotel style finishes throughout the interior of the facilities. Project features include a large parking lot, fitness center, common rooms, and study rooms. While the site required extensive rock removal, close coordination by Headwaters ensured a timely delivery of this project.
