The new Children’s Learning Center, built for Kevin Thibeault in Jackson, Wyoming, encompasses 12,000 square feet of new construction. Completed over 28 months and on schedule, this project was certified LEED Gold. Key features include rammed-earth walls, a conventional frame with timber accents, steel elements, a metal roof, a geothermal system, stained concrete flooring, and reclaimed siding. Situated in wetlands, the project involved substantial dewatering and transitioned from a geothermal loop system to a pump-and-dump system. Additional amenities include parking and landscaping.
