The Stone’s Dealership, renovated for Stone’s Town and Country Motors, includes the remodel, upgrade, and expansion of an existing 15,000 SF auto dealership and showroom. The facility serves as the Rexburg location of the Stone’s family of dealerships. During pre-construction, extensive investigations were made to understand the existing conditions. Due to these investigations, the existing structure was upgraded to meet current codes. In total, the project consisted of a large showroom addition, renovation of back offices and services areas, structural upgrades and exterior re-finish including EIFS, metal panels, and storefront glass.
