The Rexburg Jimmy John's, built for Hemming Corporation, includes 1,689 SF of new construction. The new, one-story sandwich shop provides a pleasant eating experience and helps to service the apartments and businesses. The building was constructed with a conventional wood framed structure and quality finishes throughout the interior. The facility was completed within a very accelerated schedule, this required extensive work during the winter months to progress the project amidst the snow and freezing temperatures in Rexburg, Idaho.
