As the home of First Western Trust, the 690 Business Center project, includes the new construction of an 15,129 SF mixed use building. The facility provides a restaurant on the first floor, retail and commercial space on the second floor and employee housing on the third floor. The building was constructed using a steel superstructure steel stud framing, architectural concrete and a cantilevered office space. Building through the winter created a challenge for the project but was mitigated through precise planning and coordination.
