About the Project
The Windsor Manor project, built for Windsor Manor LLC, includes the new construction of a 113,749 SF student residence which supports the growing need for BYU-Idaho approved student housing. The new facility was designed and constructed using an Old English look including steep roof slopes, rough stucco, and interior stone arches. Many interior finishes were custom made and installed to match the building architecture. A multi-level parking structure, with 25-foot foundation walls, was built in conjunction with this project and is located adjacent to the residence building. Extensive rock removal was necessary and posed a significant challenge during site work. Headwaters’ early involvement during pre-construction added value to the project through options related to the roof design, parking garage, lighting and windows.
