About the Project
The Groves at Thomson Farms project, built for RS19 Rexburg Apartments LLC, includes the new construction of seven buildings for an over square footage of 162,488. The 190 unit complex consists of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three bedroom apartments. The structure type for this project is wood-framed with exterior finishes of siding and stone. Modern aesthetic finishes have been utilized inside the units. The project has been phased and buildings have been turned over, and leased as they are completed.
