About the Project
The Teton River Flats Condominiums, constructed for Leatham Development LLC, feature 92 units in 23 buildings that total 62,084 SF. The various condominiums were constructed with traditional wood framing. Quality wood siding and rustic metal paneling was used to provide high-end external finishes. Internally, stainless steel appliances, white tile backsplash, and wood trim were utilized to provide a quality and aesthetic interior. Teton River Flats will provide quality housing options in the Rexburg area.
