About the Project
The townhomes built for Moraine Square LLC, include 11 buildings totaling 28,800 SF. The buildings were constructed using traditional wood framing. Neutral colored, wood siding was used as well as stone to provide exterior finishes. The townhomes interior was finished with decorative high end features to provide modern design. Moraine Square will provide much needed housing options to the Teton Valley area.
