About the Project
The U.S. Bank project, originally constructed as the First Bank of the Tetons, includes the new construction of an 11,259 SF professional office building and bank. The facility supports the banking needs of the Driggs, Idaho community as one of only four dedicated bank facilities. The building was constructed using a conventionally framed structure with timber, steel, stone, and glazing exterior finishes. The project also features a secure vault, drive-through teller, and site work with parking and landscaping. Early in the project, the Headwaters team identified optimized electrical and mechanical systems that provided cost savings to the client.
