About the Project
The Deseret Book of Rexburg project, built by Hemming Properties, includes the new construction of a 7,000 SF retail building near the campus of BYU-Idaho. The new Deseret Book store was constructed using a conventional wood framed structure with a steel, rock, glass, and wood exterior to match the neighboring buildings. In order to meet key retail sales periods, the project schedule was accelerated and met by the Headwaters team. This Deseret Book is part of Hemming Village, a mixed-use development that provides retail, restaurants, event space, office space, and housing for the local community and student population.
