About the Project
The Buffalo Grass Apartments, built for BlueLine Development, includes the new construction of a 15,413 SF multi-family residence. The new, two-building, 14-unit facility provides affordable housing for the greater Cutbank, Montana area. The apartment complex was constructed with conventional wood framing, trussed roof structure, wood plank exterior siding and economic finishes throughout the interior of each unit. The facility features both two bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans in which Headwaters installed all the unit furnishings and appliances. Site features include on-site tenant parking, exterior courtyard, and a play area with playground equipment.
