About the Project
The Engineering Technology Center, completed for BYU – Idaho, includes renovations and additions of approximately 27,681 SF. Repurposing was completed on the existing Auxiliary Service Building. The finished building includes shops and classrooms for automotive, construction management and civil engineering, including faculty offices. The building modifications include an addition on the east side of the building, interior demolition and rework of facilities and spaces, exterior rework of utilities and access. The center now includes a large automotive shop, an engines lab, CM/CE shop, and a student collaboration area.
