About the Project

The Towers II Apartments, built for Last of the Dogmen Group, includes the new construction of a 77,472 SF apartment complex. The facility supports the growing need for BYU-Idaho approved student housing, and provides 43 residential units. The four-story wood framed building was constructed above a post-tensioned concrete parking garage and features an EIFS, brick, and glazing exterior. On the interior, the building includes study, piano, and game rooms, a ftness center, lounges, and a theater room. Exterior amenities include a fully furnished balcony area. This project was built design-build and changes were taking place throughout the duration of the project.
